You can drive our camper vans with a standard car driver's license—no additional licenses or complicated regulations required. Simply hop in and drive off! This ensures your adventure will be stress-free and relaxed, whether you're a first-time camper or an experienced camper.
Flexible pick-up times – 8am to 17pm, individually selectable
You plan your trip according to your wishes – and we adapt. When booking, choose the pick-up time that suits you, completely flexible between 8:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. No time pressure, just complete freedom as you embark on your next adventure.

No complicated calculations, no surprises: 250 kilometers per day are always included, so you can choose your route completely freely. And if you want to drive more? You can simply add additional kilometers – flexibly and transparently.

Our campers are thought through down to the smallest detail. Camping furniture, a full gas bottle (5 kg or 11 kg, depending on the model), dishes, and everything you need for your trip are already on board. All you have to do is pack your things—we'll take care of the rest.
Optimally insured – fully comprehensive & partially comprehensive insurance included
Safety first! Every booking includes fully comprehensive insurance with a €1.500 deductible and partial comprehensive insurance with a €1.000 deductible. The price for your camper depends on the model, rental period, and season. At Neptunes Car, no hidden costs – All prices are clear and transparent. Basic equipment, such as camping furniture and gas, is already included. Plan early to secure the best rates!
For every booking a Fully comprehensive insurance with a €1.500 excess and partial comprehensive insurance with a €1.000 excess already included. For even more protection, you can also purchase extended insurance. This way, you'll be fully covered on every trip and can concentrate fully on the fun of camping.
Neptunes Car offers you many optional extrasto make your trip even more enjoyable. Choose additional options like a bike rack or an extra gas bottle directly when booking. This way, you can tailor your adventure exactly to your needs.
When picking up the camper, a Deposit of 1.500 €, which will be fully refunded upon proper return of the property. The deposit serves as insurance against any damage or missing furnishings and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Our campers are in different categories Divided into categories based on size and features. Choose between Microvan (MV), Campervan (CV), Semi-Integrated (RV), or Fully Integrated (VI). You can specifically choose the VIICA Van or a category with many makes and models. There's also a special category for dog owners, where four-legged friends are welcome. How does booking a camper work?
It's easy! You select your desired camper online, enter your travel dates, and immediately receive a quote with all the information. The booking itself only takes a few minutes – you'll be guided through the process step by step. After confirmation, you'll receive all the details via email, and we'll contact you directly if you have any questions.
What documents do I need to rent?
To rent, you will need a valid Class B driver's license and identification documents (identity card or passport) for all drivers. Please have these documents with you on the day of pick-up so we can prepare everything smoothly for you. Important: Your driver's license must have been valid for at least one year.
Can I check my camper for damage before departure?
Yes, of course! Upon pickup, we'll review the condition of the camper with you. We'll document any damage in a handover report to ensure transparency. This way, you can be sure there are no misunderstandings. We recommend that you also inspect the camper yourself and take photos if necessary. Your worry-free adventure is important to us!
Are pets allowed in the campers?
Dogs are welcome in special classes. These campers are ideally equipped for traveling with four-legged friends—robust, easy to clean, and equipped with everything you need. You can identify these classes by the description in the booking form. If you're unsure, just talk to us—we'll find the perfect model for you.
How does the handover of the camper take place?
Upon pickup, you'll receive a detailed, personalized briefing from us. We'll explain all the features of your camper, show you how to operate everything, and answer any questions you may have. This way, you'll start your adventure safely and well-prepared.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, the minimum rental period is usually 3 nights. During peak season (e.g., summer holidays), it may be slightly longer, depending on the location and demand. This policy helps us plan bookings efficiently and provide you with the best vehicles. You'll see detailed information when booking.
What happens if I have a breakdown?
With Neptunes Car, you're covered throughout Europe. Should anything happen on the road, our breakdown service is available 24/7. We'll provide assistance quickly and easily – whether it's a technical problem or a flat tire. Our goal is to get you back on your way as quickly as possible – with as little hassle as possible for you.
Can I cancel the booking?
Yes, cancellation is possible at any time. Depending on the time before departure, different cancellation fees apply, which you can find in our cancellation policy. For early cancellations, we keep the fees as low as possible. We also offer a Flex option that provides you with better cancellation conditions and more flexibility. In special cases, we are happy to find customized solutions—just contact us.
